Craps Strategy Leaderboard
New episode every week, new strategy every four weeks. Each strategy gets a month at the table, then lands on the leaderboard against everything that came before it. Some climb. Most get humbled.
Mike Czmil
Former Strip craps dealer who now tests craps strategies with real money so you don't have to. Also sells houses, makes music, and once took second place in a hot guy contest dressed as Pee-wee Herman.
We don't talk about that.

Mike Czmil grew up in La Grange Park, Illinois, spent some quality years at LTHS, and refuses to say what he did for work during that time. After school he went legit in the most literal way possible: a career as a certified pharmacy technician at Walgreens. Then he traded the pharmacy counter for the craps table and landed at Paris Las Vegas, where he was considered one of the best dealers on the Strip. These days he sells houses with the Crighton Rinaldi Team and has called Vegas home for about 15 years. The desert hasn't managed to get rid of him yet.
Today he is a content creator going by the moniker CZVegas on YouTube and Instagram, teaching craps strategy and covering everything else Vegas: gambling, food, travel and the occasional questionable decision. URComped even put CZVegas on its Top 100 Gaming Influencers list, which he would like you to know about.
Recurring shows on the CZVegas channel. Consistency: the one betting system that actually works.
From about 150 subscribers in February 2026 to 6,900 by October. In craps terms, that's a heater.

$122, three shooters, one goal: hit the table max. Powered by his famous "Fibonacci" press pattern, named that mostly to sound smart. Fibonacci was not consulted. (His real Fibonacci progression lives over on roulette.)
Other creators bring in their craps strategies. Mike scrubs in, finds where they're bleeding chips and patches them up. Bedside manner not guaranteed.
Every Tuesday: a new game, or a new strategy on an old one, tested with real money. He makes the mistakes so you can make different ones.
Everyone's hunting for the best pizza in town. Problem is, once you find it, every other pizza review is pointless. So Mike skips the contest: every restaurant, anywhere in the world, gets judged on its single best menu item. Everybody wins. Mostly Mike.
Weekly podcast with Thomas Viola. Three NFL moneyline underdogs, every week. Favorites are for cowards.
Also spotted in videos with Reggie Mush and other gambling creators. Before CZVegas, he directed, produced, shot and edited SuperVegasLife, which is a fancy way of saying he did everything.
Pills, chips, houses, content. In that order.
Started at Walgreens and became a certified pharmacy technician. Learned to count fast and accurately. This becomes important later.
Climbed to senior pharmacy technician, then traveling senior tech running flu vaccine distribution across the entire state. In his spare time he stood in the background of One Tree Hill and other movies and shows, acting his heart out where nobody could see it.
Moved back to Illinois with Walgreens, training technicians across the district and filling in as district scheduler, the job everyone complains about and nobody wants. Then on to Edwards Hospital in Naperville, preparing intrathecal chemotherapy for pediatric patients.
Traded the pill counter for a craps table at Harrah's Joliet, where he was considered one of the best dealers in the building. Turns out counting pills and paying bets aren't that different.
Transferred to Paris and Bally's Las Vegas, where again he was considered one of the best dealers to ever grace the felt. Ask him. He'll tell you.
Got his real estate license and joined the Crighton Rinaldi Team. Produced SuperVegasLife, launched CZVegas, and now juggles houses and dice at the same time.
REALTOR® with the Crighton Rinaldi Team at Rothwell Gornt Companies, Henderson, Nevada.
Yes, the craps guy sells houses. And not with just any crew: the Crighton Rinaldi Team has been one of Las Vegas's heavy hitters since 2003, covering Las Vegas, Henderson and Summerlin, from first condos to multimillion-dollar homes in guard-gated communities like MacDonald Highlands, Anthem Country Club and Seven Hills.
As a mentor to the team, Mike has had a hand in a good chunk of those deals. A real team player. Up front, he works mostly with first-time homebuyers. The team also handles listings, commercial property and property management, in English and Spanish. A first home is the one bet in this town he'll tell you to make.

Professional background person. If you blinked, you missed him.
In 2014 Mike organized Nerds Against Cancer, a Magic: The Gathering charity tournament in Henderson, Nevada, that raised thousands of dollars toward a local veteran's cancer treatment. Never underestimate nerds with a cause.
He also serves as a lay member of the State Bar of Nevada's Southern Nevada Disciplinary Board, which hears misconduct complaints against Nevada attorneys. Each panel has two attorneys and one member of the public, sitting much like jurors to decide whether discipline is warranted. Mike is the one who isn't a lawyer, which he considers his strongest qualification.
Achievements that didn't make the résumé, but should have.
Made it to the bottom? Respect. Here they are again.
Proof he's not making all of this up.
